Its a small world after all

Baptism of Sister Carol, my companion baptized her and I confirmed her (first time doing that). It was super great!

Bonjour tout le monde!!

I hope everyone is doing well! This was a pretty great week for us. My companion and I spent a lot of time visiting members this week and teaching the importance of missionary work because we are looking for more amis to teach. The lessons went really well and it seemed to motivated certain families to help us. We will see what happens!

The event of the week was our baptismal service on Saturday for Sister Carol. She was very excited and happy to be baptized and at the same time was nervous, but after it was finished she bore such a powerful testimony and the spirit filled the room it was pretty awesome. I got to confirm her member of the church on Sunday and apparently she already has a talk for next Sunday! She is so great! Something happened on saturday that was really awesome. My companion is from Congo DRC and was baptised by a Cameroonian, saturday the return missionary that baptised my companion was at the baptismal service. We found out he is a really good friend of sister Carol. I dont know how often that happens, but it is really a small world.

Also this week transfer news came in and I am still in Eleveur with my companion! HAha the members were happy and started joking about building me a house in the neighborhood. The fact that I am still here means I still have work to do, so we will see what happens during these next 6 weeks.
