SOA

Bonjour tout le monde!

I hope everyone had a great week! I cant believe it is already may! This week went by pretty quickly. My companion and I are now pretty used to one another and its been great. We are looking for new investigators to teach, but our amis (investigators) are progressing pretty well. My companion and I had the opportunity to go out to a part of yaounde called SOA. It is a university community and is super cool. To get there we got to take a 15 passenger van that they cram nearly 20 people inside. Everybody was super surprised to see an american take a van like that, but it was super fun. It turned out turning into a roller coaster, because the driver went through the unpaved neighborhood to avoid traffic. The passengers were saying all sorts of fun things about him. My sector where we have a lot of amis, does not feel very much like a jungle, but once we arrived at soa we entered the jungle. It was super pretty! The ami is named frere jack. He showed up to church on Sunday which was really cool!

Sunday was pretty cool because we got to help bless the baby of the second counselor. He has already grown to be so big!

That’s about it this week! Sorry Its abit short, we don’t have much time today.
